Each letter reflects personal connection to the project:
Reflection (R)
R stands for Reflecting, which encapsulates the core essence of the artwork. The projection on the water tower acts as a mirror.
Ephemerality (E)
Ephemeral, represented by the letter E, speaks to the transient nature of life and the world around us. It’s a reminder to appreciate the beauty in impermanence, to find wonder in the passing moments that often go unnoticed.
Unveiling (U)
As the light breathes life into the tower, it unveils hidden facets and layers, inviting viewers to delve deeper into their own perceptions and emotions through music and vision.
Serenity (S)
Is the tranquility that washes over the viewer in the presence of the projection. The interplay of light and shadow evokes a sense of peace and stillness, allowing for a moment of contemplation.
Surreality (S)
The second S stands for Surreal, capturing the dreamlike quality of the experience. The distortion and manipulation of light on the tower creates a world that blurs the boundaries between reality and imagination. It’s an escape to a place where the ordinary is transformed into the extraordinary.
In this context, «REUSS» represents an art installation that reflects ephemeral moments, unveils a sense of serenity, and creates a surreal experience for viewers, which gives the artwork a poetic and evocative dimension.
