On a truly «monumental journey» various come-to-life lion monuments from all over the world through time and space.

A little spark guides them on their journey as they come together to share a special moment.   

The monument itself will be used to show how different lions are depicted in different cultures. Each scene was inspired by the artistic styles of the cultures depicted, emphasised by the varied music of Leo Brennauer.

HSLU Design Film Kunst Bachelor Animation

The project is a collaboration between students from the second year of the Bachelor of Animation programme at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, together with Leo Brennauer, who is an alumnus of the ZHdK (Zurich University of the Arts). Working on the Lion Monument was a challenge that the team took on with pride.
